The Italian manufacturer, Atlas Filtri, is valued for its high-quality products, but also for the wide range of filter bowls and cartridges for various purposes. The offer includes mechanical filters and cartridges from the following series: FA, CX, Hydra and DP BIG, as well as filters and cartridges with bactericidal coating: DP BIG Sanic.
Atlas Filtri FA filters
Professional Atlas Filtri FA 310 mechanical water filters intended for industrial and institutional applications. The filters effectively remove sedimentation contaminants thanks to reusable cartridges made of AISI 316 stainless steel, which clean themselves during the backwash process and provide the highest possible filtration surface. The devices are equipped with a brass, chrome-plated valve and a reinforced transparent polyamide cover, which makes them more resistant (even to very high pressure). The filters from the FA 310 series can be supplemented with a backwashing counter.
Atlas Filtri DP BIG filters
The DP BIG series from the Italian manufacturer, Atlas Filtri, includes high performance mechanical filters intended mainly for industrial applications. They are characterised by high durability, the greatest quality of workmanship and a wide range of accessories for additional expansion. The series is equipped with the air vent inside the bowl, which facilitates cartridge replacement. Thanks to the use of a double oring, the connection between the bowl and the valve has been stabilised and extra sealed. A wide range of cartridges adapted to DP BIG series housings enables adjustment of filter functionality to your needs. The filter bowls are available in a transparent and opaque housing.
Atlas Filtri DP BIG Sanic filters
The innovative version of the iconic series of DP BIG mechanical water filters: Atlas Filtri DP BIG Sanic rely on the bactericidal properties of active silver. Thanks to application of a bacteriostatic coating, they effectively protect device surface against development and multiplication of microorganisms. The Microban® technology inhibits growth of bacteria, viruses and moulds, protecting the filter and the entire water system. Sanic-type filters come with cartridges from the same series. Bowls made of durable, resistant to external factors plastic are available in two versions: transparent and opaque blue.
Atlas Filtri Hydra filters
An innovative solution for mechanical water filtration. The high performance Atlas Filtri Hydra filters are characterised by increased resistance to harsh conditions and high filtration efficiency. They use reusable stainless steel mesh cartridges, which are cleaned with a backwater jet. The Atlas Fili Hydra cartridges are washed by opening a ball valve. The series includes devices with pressure gauges, automatic washing device, rotating connection and a model designed for hot water filtration. The filters are made of high quality materials, resistant to external factors.
Atlas Filtri CX filters
The Atlas Filtri CX industrial series of mechanical water filters enables acquiring high hourly flows without any noticeable pressure drops by using larger than standard connections. The 3-part housing facilitates filter operation and cartridge replacement. Double orings make the filter housings extremely tight. The housings are available in a transparent and opaque blue version, as well in a version with a drain valve. The bowls are suitable for cartridges with a double oring from the CX series, whose design ensures easy and correct positioning of the cartridge and full tightness of the cartridge-housing connection.
